The LWC Board have reviewed the bookings for the Lounge and resolved to implement a ballot process for significant dates over the Christmas and New Years period where bookings are likely to be in demand.
This ballot will ensure a fair booking system, allowing all Wellington Garden Residents an opportunity to secure Lounge bookings on days that are normally booked well in advance.
Starting in 2025, the following dates are subject to the ballot process;

| Christmas Eve | Wednesday, 24 December 2025 |
| Christmas Day | Thursday 25 December 2025 |
| Boxing Day | Friday 26 December 2025 |
| New Year’s Day | Thursday, 1 January 2026 |
If residents are interested in booking the lounge on any of these dates, please notify our office by completing the attached ballot paper and returning to our office by Friday 10th May 2025. Ballots forwarded after this date will not be included in the draw.
The ballot draw will be carried out at the LWC Board Meeting on Thursday 22nd May 2025 following this those any Resident included in the ballot will be notified of the result.

Please see the attached self-explanatory Notice regarding the LWC Annual Fob Access Registration for 2024-2025.
Kindly advise the resident(s) of your Apartment to complete the registration form and send it back to our office.
If your fob has been deactivated, due to not registering in 2023-2024, please contact our office for reactivation.
To ensure all residents are made aware of this notice and LWC Annual Registration requirements, could you please forward a copy of the attached to the resident of your Apartment.
