Dear Wellington Gardens Residents
The Ballot for the 2026-2027 the Christmas and New Year’s period is now open.
This ballot ensures a fair booking system, allowing all Wellington Garden Residents an opportunity to secure Lounge bookings on days that are normally booked well in advance.
The following dates are subject to the ballot process;

| Christmas Eve | Thursday, 24 December 2026 |
| Christmas Day | Friday, 25 December 2026 |
| Boxing Day | Saturday, 26 December 2026 |
| New Year’s Day | Friday, 1 January 2027 |
If residents are interested in booking the lounge on any of these dates, please notify our office by completing the attached ballot paper and returning to our office by Friday 28th August 2026. Ballots forwarded after this date will not be included in the draw.
